Meet Kaitlyn

We live in an absurd world!

We often encounter societal expectations dictating how life should be and how we should think and feel. These experiences can result in suffering: overwhelm, isolation, meaninglessness, and feeling stuck or broken. While we can't alter our experiences, we can transform our relationship with them—redefining their significance and approaching them differently.

I believe you possess the inherent qualities needed to be your best self, even if they are temporarily obscured for various reasons. My aim is to offer support and a nurturing space for your growth. You have a right to wholeness, respect, and to be listened to.

My Approach

My approach draws from Existential-Phenomenology, Buddhism, intersectional feminism, and anti-capitalism. Together, we will question and challenge prevailing social, cultural, religious, and economic narratives while reconnecting you with your inner strength, wisdom, perspective, and values.

Specializing in supporting women/fem folks, those who provide emotional labor or care professionals (therapist, nurses, teachers, mothers, crisis work), and the LGBT+ community. I am passionate about addressing identity difficulties, work-life balance, queer challenges, gender experiences and violence, sex and kink, body-image concerns, neurodiversity, spiritual and existential dilemmas, polyamory, attachment wounds, as well as the complexities of motherhood and mother wounds.

I have extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and mothers. I worked in community mental health for four years with a focus on teens, families surviving domestic violence, crisis intervention, sexual abuse, and navigating the systematic violence of poverty.
