| 170$ for 50 min sessions

Intake

Intakes are one-time preliminary sessions that allow us to explore presenting problems, review client history, and preview my therapeutic style.

| 200$ for 90 min session

Supervision

Great supervision is a transformative journey that empowers, enlightens, and enriches both the supervisee and the supervisor. My supervision approach is compassionate and supportive, focusing on nurturing your development. I provide a safe place for guidance, feedback, tools, and support to help you navigate complex cases, explore therapeutic techniques, address ethical concerns, and process emotions from this work. The supervision space encourages mistakes as causes for growth by using reflection, exploring assumptions, and cultivating new skills. Supervision is a collaborative partnership built on trust, respect, and empathy, where learning flows freely in both directions.

Other Services

For established clients I offer services such as auxiliary family or couples sessions, letters for gender-affirming care and disability accommodations, and other case-management support.

Insurance

In-Network

Accessibility is an important value in my practice. Because of this, I am in-network with several insurance companies, including one Medicaid contract. All insurances I am in-network with are listed in the section below. Insurance benefits can be drastically different from plan to plan. I suggest understanding your individual “in-network mental health benefits” before starting therapy. The financial compatibility can be nearly as important as the personal one. I would not want a client to end work with me prematurely due to harmful insurance complications and changes. I cannot know or see any one person’s individual plan, so please double check for copay amounts, authorizations needed, and making sure I am in-network for your specific plan.

Out-of-Network or Private Pay

For those who are interested in working with me but are out-of-network, you may still be able to get insurance to pay part or fully for sessions when working with me. I highly suggest finding out your “out-of-network mental health benefits,” as many plans offer reimbursement rates that would have you end up paying an amount similar to a copay. If you are out-of-network and seek reimbursement from insurance, I can provide superbills on a monthly basis.

For those who have the ability or desire to choose the sovereignty that comes with private pay, the benefits for not using insurance are: consistent and transparent costs of treatment, unlimited sessions, no restrictions on time, freedom from forced diagnosis, flexibility on records kept, and continuity of care.

Sliding Scale

It is important to me to have true sliding-scale spots for those in need. I do not require paperwork for proof of need, nor do I set appointment limits. | 70$ per session

I do not have any sliding scales open at this time. For those in need of sliding scale immediately I suggest Open Path, which guarantees sessions with therapists listed between 40-70$ or 30$ for student intern sessions.
